My name is Setareh and I’m a design and research Manager at Doblin (Deloitte’s Innovation Consultancy) specializing in merging human-centred design with product development, to de-risk implementation and adoption of digital solutions. I lead cross-disciplinary teams of designers, researchers, strategists, and developers on engagements for both private sector clients like global banks and national retailers, and public sector clients from the federal level down. My focus is to design products or services that are deeply rooted in people's needs while balancing clients' visions and business strategies. I also teach as an adjunct professor at the York University / Sheridan College graphic design program.
